Your input data will be translated into the newest data format then processed so the tools needed for the manufacture of your product can be automatically machined.

To respond to the demand of increasing capacity with consistently high quality, we have complemented the plastics molding department with another fully-automatic ARBURG molding machine.

This machine can be set up with tools of max. 320 x 320 mm producing shot weights of max. 64 g.

We have company holidays between July 17th and July 28th (both inclusive).
We will be back on June 31st, 2006.

For CNC cavitiy sinking, an EDM center of the company Zimmer+Kreim has been purchased.
With its 50-fold electrode changer we are able to reduce throughput times for production and sample tools considerably.

Our CNC turning center was upgraded with a new ultra-high precision lathe for prototypes and small production runs of highy precise workpieces.

The information day about the industrial park Klingsiepen took place the first weekend in July, as announced here previously, and we participated opening our doors to visitors. Despite of the unfavourable weather, almost 200 people informed themselves about our company. Complimentary Bratwurst and drinks concluded this event in a cheerful atmosphere.

An information event about the industrial park Klingsiepen, where the Richter GmbH premises are located, will be organized by the City of Wipperfürth on Saturday July 3rd, 2004. We participate opening our doors for visitors, customers, suppliers and families of our staff.

We have further enlarged our already extensive range of equipment connectors with a new interesting product. A connector with 12 contacts on reduced space, with latching, mechanical coding capability, colour choice and low installation depth.

After active promotion of this media and industry reward, this year 1085 local councils, institutions, associations and personalities have participated in the recognition of outstanding medium-sized businesses nationwide.

We are very happy about our nomination to the Oscar for medium-sized businesses 2004.

At the end of last year we have intensified our sales efforts and founded a US subsidiary. The office of the Sales Account Manager North America, David Alan Krohn is located in the central Hamm Building in St. Paul, MN 55102.

Our new 3D software SolidWorks 2004 offers a number of capabilities to improve the communication with our customers. Particularly in the early stages of product design the built-in tool named eDrawing is a very practical innovation for us. 3D data can be shared as an executable file and is viewable without special software. The object can be rotated and zoomed, providing a perfect basis for a detailed discussion with our customer.
